Charmhotel, independent hotel-restaurateurs at the service of tourism professionals

Publié le : 02 septembre 2024

Are you looking for establishments that can welcome your customers in the best possible way?
You can count on us to ensure that your customers have exceptional memories of their stay: Privileged spaces, tailor-made offers, packaged holidays, smooth organisation...
Charmhotel meets all your expectations as a group travel professional.

The importance of social networks

In group travel, the person in charge of organising the holiday acts as an individual would: they do their shopping on the web. So it's important these days to come up with innovative offers (special themes or customer typology) to be visible and attractive to as many people as possible.

Charmhotel has a presence on social networks, as well as offering you a brochure and professional rates: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
Check out our publications #CharmHotelDestinationFrance and #CharmHotelDestinationQuebec and show your customers our hotels on video.

But that's not all...

You're always looking for new ideas to offer your customers. Surfing the internet gives you so many (too many!) ideas, the best way to find out which partners to work with is to meet them.

So come and (re)discover us, we'll be delighted to welcome you on our stand: we'll be at IFTM from 17 to 19 September in Paris, Porte de Versailles.

We invite you to reserve your badge

What do group tourism professionals appreciate about Charmhotel?

After all, there are very few independent hotel-restaurateurs in France who offer all-inclusive group holidays.

This is one of Charmhotel's strengths:

You send us your request and we provide you with a tailor-made programme; ideal for presenting to your client afterwards, simply by adding the transport part! We work with a large number of coach operators from all over Europe. And for every package (B&B, full board, half board, stop lunch or all-inclusive holiday), the driver is included.

The group's hotels have something for everyone: indoor and outdoor space for individual moments and group gatherings. Our hotels can be adapted to suit all types of holiday (sporting, cultural, sea or mountain, specific theme, etc.). Combinations are also possible.

Our major asset: we are passionate about our profession and unconditional lovers of our regions. And your customers can feel it!

Tourism professionals, in other words?

Travel agencies and coach operators sell holidays ‘à la place’: several programmes and destinations are offered. A minimum number of participants is required for the trip to go ahead. The offer is aimed at both existing and new customers. The travellers don't know each other, but they're on the same trip. Some of them will get to know each other and others will remain independent. Transport, accommodation and the programme are shared, but there is no obligation for participants to spend their time together. These offers enable individual travellers to benefit from preferential rates negotiated by a third party. They don't have to worry about anything. It's very comfortable.

They also organise holidays for groups: associations, clubs, works councils, etc. Their customers are people who know each other or are part of the same entity. This type of holiday may include the entire service (journey, programme, accommodation, visits, catering, guide and evening entertainment) or the customer may ask for transport only, if the group has already planned the other aspects of its trip. These offers are ideal for groups who want to meet up elsewhere and in a different way, and who at least want to pool transport to reduce the cost of their escapade, as well as benefiting from serious insurance cover for the trip.

And then to complete the market, there are the tour operators. These are tourism professionals who organise and take charge of an entire holiday (accommodation, meals, visits and transport), offering it to coach operators and travel agents, who then sell it to their customers. They generally advertise their offers in brochures and set up commercial partnerships. They are specialists in organising trips, particularly for groups.

All tourism professionals are now present on social networks: it has become a real relay for their agencies where they meet their customers, for their meetings held by the sales representatives in charge of a customer sector, for their brochures published and distributed on their website and by digital routing. What's more, more and more drivers and customers are posting photos of the landscapes and visits they have made during their group trips.
