2 - The D-Day landing beaches

You'll visit some of the most famous sites in history. From Pegasus Bridge to Utah Beach, via Omaha Beach where the Americans landed on 6 June 1944. On these beaches and at the Colleville sur Mer American cemetery, you'll experience a day full of emotion. You will then head for the emblematic site of the Pointe du Hoc, 30 metres above the sea.

These world-famous limestone cliffs, carved out by the waves, have inspired many painters and writers. It's also the perfect opportunity to discover the Jardins d'Etretat, a celebration of contemporary art and design.
