What is it? Cows are bred for the Landes races. The aim is to spread or jump over a cow in the bullring. Jean, the owner, a former "écarteur" and a true enthusiast, invites you to his Ganadéria for an emotional visit. As well as discovering this local tradition, you'll be transported into the world of this colourful character. After this visit, you'll leave feeling more Gascon than a real Gascon!

2 - Gastronomy!

Let's start with a visit to Pierre-Marie's traditional foie gras cannery. He'll guide you through his farm, from the nursery to the cannery, to show you how his final product, foie gras, is made. Then on to Roland, a passionate winemaker who will share with you the secrets of Armagnac production, followed of course by a tasting of white and red Floc, as well as several vintages of our local Gold, Armagnac.

Prefecture of our beautiful département. Let's start the tour with the imposing Cathédrale Sainte Marie, where a fabulous surprise is hidden inside. Then off to discover the pousterles (to find out what they are, just come to us!) and we reach the top of the monumental staircase for a panoramic view of the city.

4 - Larressingle

Larressingle is one of only 6 villages in the Gers to be classified as "France's most beautiful villages". You'll be amazed by its originality. It is also one of the smallest fortified villages in France, earning it the nickname of "Little Carcassonne". D'Artagnan, everyone knows this illustrious Gascon! Well, he's from our region! From the little village of Lupiac to be precise. We'll be visiting his museum, passing the castle where he was born. We'll also take the opportunity to stop off at the village of Bassoues on the Route des Crêtes.
